indicates your agreement with my WEBSITE RULES
which contain important CONDITIONS AND
RESTRICTIONS. If you do not agree with the rules,
please refrain from using this Website.
Individuals, organizations and businesses are
encouraged to use the Aetiket eCard website for any
lawful, worthy and ethical purpose, except as
limited by these Rules. The Website must not be
used to solicit customers or sell products or
services. Furthermore, no more than 2000 cards may
be sent by any one person, organization or business
in any one calendar year without prior written
permission from Eric Fandrich.
Users with "robots", "spiders", or other
automated programs may visit the Aetiket eCard
website, but are prohibited from sending Aetiket
eCards without the prior written permission of Eric
Fandrich.
I ask all Website users to use appropriate names
and language in the recipient and sender name
spaces, email address spaces and other spaces (if
any) provided on the Website. Users are forbidden
from using false e-mail addresses. In addition,
Aetiket eCard website users may not send Aetiket
eCards to people or other entities on mailing lists
that they do not have full rights to use, nor send
Aetiket eCards to people or other entities with
whom they are not acquainted.
This Website contains material protected by law,
including but not limited to copyrights and
trademarks. All rights in such material are
reserved to Eric Fandrich and materials may not be
reused in any way or copied in whole or part
without prior written permission from Eric
Fandrich.
Contributions, Artist and Private Portfolios
Aetiket eCard customers who submit media content
(including but not limited to: photographs, scans,
sound files, text, etc.; the "content") to the
eCard site represent that they are the owner or are
licensed to use the entire content including,
without limitation, any copyright material,
trademarks or depictions of trademarked goods and
services. In consideration of Aetiket.com's
acceptance of such content for publication, the
customer will indemnify and hold Eric Fandrich
harmless against all loss, liability, damage, and
expense of any nature (including attorney's fees)
arising out of the copying, printing, distributing,
or publishing of the content. If the customer
possesses any preexisting copyright interests in
the content, the customer shall grant Eric Fandrich
the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the
content.

DECLARED BY A COURT TO BE INVALID, ILLEGAL, OR
UNENFORCEABLE, SUCH PROVISION SHALL BE DEEMED
SEVERABLE FROM THIS AGREEMENT AND THE OTHER
PROVISIONS SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
